Paid terms are per customer organisation and cover one production application or domain plus two non-production environments. That is a licensing boundary, not a limit in the software: Capell's site and domain model is multi-site, and Foundation carries no site limit at all. An agency standardising on Capell needs an entitlement per client production application.

How does agency and multi-site licensing work?
Each paid term covers one customer organisation and one production application or domain. For an agency, five client sites need five Publishing Studio terms or five Memberships, depending on the package access each client needs.
How does the 7-day Membership credit work?
An eligible £59 Publishing Studio purchase creates up to £59 of organisation-bound Membership credit for 7 days. If that organisation upgrades to £199 Membership in the window, the balance is £140 before tax. The credit is non-transferable and is reconciled if the original purchase is refunded.
Who counts as a named user?
A named user is one identifiable employee, contractor, or agency collaborator authorised by the purchasing organisation to use protected downloads, updates, support, or account tools. Accounts cannot be shared. A place can be reassigned when someone leaves or changes role, but not rotated to avoid the 5-user limit.
Are major-version updates included?
Yes. Protected updates available during an active term include eligible major-version releases, including a 1.x to 2.x upgrade, subject to that release's published compatibility and migration requirements.
How is Publishing Studio licensed?
