Capell Membership never bulk-installs the catalogue. Add each optional package individually after reviewing its production impact.
Solo developer
Foundation stays £0. If this project needs Publishing Studio, year 1 is £59. Year 2 is £59 only if you renew. Installed code keeps running without renewal.
Agency
Each client organisation needs its own Publishing Studio term. Five terms cost £295 for year 1, then £295 in year 2 if all five renew.
Membership credit
When checkout is available, upgrade the same organisation to £199 Membership within 7 days and the eligible £59 Publishing Studio purchase is credited. The balance is £140 before tax.
Refunds
If the product is not a fit, request a refund within 14 days. Requests are assessed case by case against the recorded order, access and support history; an unused download does not create automatic eligibility. A refunded paid package may stop running, and protected access ends, at the next enforceable authorisation or marketplace check-in; offline revocation is not instantaneous.
Payment
No guest or account checkout is currently offered. When online checkout opens, it will require a verified account and customer organisation, and Lemon Squeezy will calculate applicable taxes at checkout.
Not through public self-serve checkout. The Membership terms are published; contact us about access for a real project before making any commercial commitment.
One Publishing Studio term for one customer organisation, one production application or domain, two non-production environments and five named users. It includes 12 months of protected downloads, eligible updates and standard support for the supported Capell Pages workflow.
Each paid term covers one customer organisation and one production application or domain. For an agency, five client sites need five Publishing Studio terms or five Memberships, depending on the package access each client needs.
An eligible £59 Publishing Studio purchase creates up to £59 of organisation-bound Membership credit for 7 days. If that organisation upgrades to £199 Membership in the window, the balance is £140 before tax. The credit is non-transferable and is reconciled if the original purchase is refunded.
A named user is one identifiable employee, contractor, or agency collaborator authorised by the purchasing organisation to use protected downloads, updates, support, or account tools. Accounts cannot be shared. A place can be reassigned when someone leaves or changes role, but not rotated to avoid the 5-user limit.
