Plain-language summary: Marketplace evidence helps evaluation but is not a fitness guarantee. Paid first-party access has recorded licence, renewal and refund terms.

Use accurate account information, keep credentials secure and do not share named-user access. If acting for an organisation, you confirm authority to bind it. One paid first-party purchase belongs to one customer organisation with up to 5 named users, 1 production site and 2 non-production environments.

Capell Membership costs £199 in GBP for 12 months of protected downloads, updates and support. Renewal is manual and receives the configured 20% renewal discount. A 7-day grace period follows ordinary expiry. Packages installed during active access continue running after ordinary expiry, but new downloads, installations, updates and support stop.

The versioned Paid Package Licence Terms accepted at checkout are recorded with the purchase. They explain reassignment, transfer restrictions, installed use after non-renewal and purchase credit. A later version does not silently replace the recorded version.

Lemon Squeezy is the merchant and seller of record. It processes checkout, payment, applicable taxes, receipts, refunds, disputes and chargebacks. Capell supplies the software licence. The Refund Policy explains the 14-day request window and access reversal.

Listings may show author, licence, compatibility, release, review, price and support information. This assists evaluation but does not guarantee a package is secure, lawful, compatible or suitable. Unless clearly marked first-party, the author remains responsible for its package, support, rights and separate terms.

Install, update, heartbeat and attestation workflows may record the site, domain, package, version, instance identifier, licence state, source, local-development flag, request time, IP address, user agent and signed package evidence. Capell uses this for authentic download counts, compatibility, security notices, support, abuse prevention and paid-licence compliance. Disabling or falsifying checks may stop protected access.

Capell may review, reject, hide, suspend, block, remove or delist packages, releases or accounts where reasonably needed for security, rights, privacy, compatibility, abuse prevention or law. Historic commerce and acceptance records may be retained.
