How refund requests, eligibility decisions and entitlement reversal work for live paid Capell packages.

Plain-language summary: This policy covers live purchases of Capell's paid first-party packages and Membership through Lemon Squeezy. It excludes third-party author sales. No separate priority-support payment is currently offered, and donations are not offered at launch.
Seller and payment provider
Lemon Squeezy is the merchant and seller of record. It processes payment, applicable tax, receipts, refunds, disputes and chargebacks. Its Buyer Terms also apply, and Lemon Squeezy controls final payment-system processing.
Fourteen-day request window
You may ask Capell for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Requests are assessed case by case against the recorded order, access and support history. Digital access is issued when payment is fulfilled, so Capell does not promise automatic eligibility based on an unused-download state. Beginning immediate digital supply may affect cancellation rights, but this policy does not restrict statutory consumer rights.
Fraud, abusive use, repeated refund-and-repurchase behaviour, chargeback abuse, or an out-of-scope request may be refused. Partial refunds are not a standard Capell remedy, although Lemon Squeezy, the law or a manual resolution may require one.
How to request a refund
There is no self-service refund button. Email [email protected] with the account email, order or receipt reference, package and reason. Capell reviews the recorded purchase and access state and, where approved, submits or authorises the refund through Lemon Squeezy. No fixed processing time is promised because Lemon Squeezy handles final payment processing.
What a refund changes
After a verified full-refund event, protected entitlements, downloads, private repository access and related Composer access are revoked. An installed offline copy cannot be disabled instantly, but may stop at its next enforceable authorisation or marketplace check-in.
Refunded Publishing Studio credit is removed or reconciled. If it already funded a Membership purchase, reconciliation may create a recoverable balance. A refund involving operational Capell Credits reverses the proportional amount confirmed by the provider; credits already spent may create debt and pause further credit-funded work until resolved.
Other purchases
Third-party authors remain responsible for separate sales and refund terms shown for their packages. Separately quoted services use the payment and refund terms stated in the accepted quote. The disabled donation path is outside this package policy.
