A sensible order for the first site
Work down the list and stop when the job is done. Later members can wait.
- Install Navigation and Publishing Studio, and agree who reviews and who publishes.
- Run one real page change through workspace, review, and publish, then practise recovering a release.
- Add Filament Peek so editors can preview a change before they ask for review.
- Add Frontend Authoring if editors want to change copy in place. Add Blog if the site publishes articles, but check first how articles are handled, because the supported workflow covers Capell Pages.
Take a member on its own when
You can skip the suite. Each member is listed separately.
- Only the review workflow matters. Publishing Studio is listed on its own with its own price.
- Add up the members you would actually install and compare that with the suite price. Publishing Studio and Frontend Authoring are the paid members. Filament Peek, Blog, and Navigation are free-tier packages.

Schedule a critical page change, preview and approve it, then roll back the release. Recovery should take one controlled action and leave a traceable version rather than require an emergency rebuild.

Operational evidence to check: Site owners can set the site to refuse publishing outside working hours, so nobody ships a risky change late on a Friday unless an authorised admin overrides it. And because each publish is one tracked release, a mistake takes minutes to undo, not an emergency.
Decision note: When little is at risk, simple drafts are plenty and site owners would skip the process. This is for sites where a wrong publish genuinely costs money or trust.
