Evaluator scenarios
What to inspect in Media Workflow Suite
Switch the evaluation lens to see how different roles should assess this bundle before adopting it.
Images stayed orderly as the site grew — what to verify
Add captions to used images, upload a duplicate and leave one file unattached. The library should make the duplicate and genuinely unused asset visible without disturbing referenced media.

Evidence to request: Usage tracking identifies referenced files and isolates genuinely unused uploads as the library grows. Remove an asset from every page, run the sweep and verify that only the newly orphaned file becomes a cleanup candidate.
Alternative fit: For a handful of pictures this is more than site owners would need. Simple uploads are fine on a small static site that isn't accumulating media.
Check every part of the suite
Each extension keeps its own compatibility, maturity, support, data access, install impact, and removal considerations. Review those details before buying the group.
Media Library
Give Capell one consistent media library — reusable assets, health checks for missing alt text and unused files, and a safe migration path from Spatie Media Library.

Media AI
Run a Doctor action on media-library images when a provider is configured: improve, remove backgrounds or objects, restore, or upscale; keep edited output as a new item and write alt text or captions while originals stay untouched.
